1-Year Limited Warranty

The warranty obligations of SSS Plus Group LLC. ("Vania Bath") for this product are limited to the terms set forth below.

This Limited Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and proof of the original purchase is required for all warranty claims.

This Limited Warranty applies only to products used for normal residential purposes. Products installed in commercial, institutional, or other non-residential applications are not covered under this Limited Warranty unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Vania Bath.

What is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product under normal residential use.

If Vania Bath determines that a product is defective under this Limited Warranty, Vania Bath will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace the defective part or product with the same or a comparable product, or refund the original purchase price.

What is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to standing water, prolonged water contact, plumbing leaks, flooding, excessive moisture caused by improper ventilation, fire, or other acts of nature.

This Limited Warranty also does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from improper installation, failure to follow installation instructions, improper cleaning products, abrasive cleaners, solvents, excessive heat, or normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, finish wear, or cosmetic damage occurring after installation.

Variations in wood grain, wood veneer, color, texture, finish, and other natural characteristics of wood products are normal and are not considered defects in materials or workmanship.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by SSS Plus Group LLC. to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.

Without limiting any other exclusion herein, SSS Plus Group LLC. does not warrant that the product covered hereby, including, without limitation, any technology and/or integrated hardware(s) included in the product, will not become obsolete or that such items are or will remain compatible with any other product or technology with which the product may be used.

This Limited Warranty is void if the product has been moved from its original installation location.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to products sold as clearance, floor models, display units, open-box items, or products sold "AS IS," unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Vania Bath.

Visible shipping damage or missing parts must be reported to Vania Bath within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Shipping damage and missing parts are handled separately from this Limited Warranty.

Limitation of Liability

THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF VANIA BATH UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VANIA BATH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE TO FLOORING, WALLS, PLUMBING, PERSONAL PROPERTY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED.

This Limited Warranty does not cover labor charges, installation costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, transportation costs, or any other incidental expenses unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Warranty Claims

To obtain warranty service, please contact Vania Bath Customer Service and provide:

• Proof of the original purchase;

• Photos or videos clearly showing the claimed defect;

• A description of the issue; and

• The order number, if available.

Vania Bath reserves the right to inspect the product or request additional information before approving any warranty claim.

State Law

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
